Could you please send us the complete manual/link of this fixture. The information you sent is totally different from what we have used and we have a feeling that you are talking for a different product.

Unfortunately we cannot update this fixture based on unofficial information because it is going to affect all users that already using it. The DMX Color details you have sent to us are totally different and we have a feeling that you probably using a different product. That is why we need an official manual.
