Hi Pioneer,
I had bought 2x new CDJ-3000W and 1x DJM900NXS2-W from Guitar center. But one of the jog wheels on the CDJ-3000W had an issue regarding the symmetry and it was really off. Pioneer support confirmed thru email and said I should go back to the retailer (Guitar Center) and do a exchange.
After processing the exchange and returning my unit, Guitar Center informs me later they only have open box units left that cannot be sold to me as they were all returns deemed unfit for purchase. I emailed Pioneer customer service, but it's been 72 hours and I havent gotten any updates and I'm out of a unit and its pretty much sold out everywhere. Not sure what to do...
