Hello.
when operating my moving heads with rekordbox lighting everything works correctly but no light or color comes out of the optics, I have the impression that the optics do not open.
I found a different model on your database but the colors do not match the one I selected but the lyre works perfectly so there is a problem with the fixture.

The color information in this case is based on the document's color wheel image found on page 9.
As for the strobing function that might be affecting the output of this fixture what we have used is the following:
0-3 Open
4-103 Slow to fast
104-107 Open
108-207 Slow to fast
208-212 Open
213-251 Random slow to fast
252-255 Open
You have to be more specific on the channel or function that is not working in your real fixture.

Hello.
for me it is a problem at the channel 10 dimmer
0 ........ 255 it is the only function which authorizes the light to leave the lyre even if it is noted no using on the notice this function is programmed on sunlite.

I just did a test on sunlite.
When I turn the dimmer up to 100% the lighting beam comes out of my moving head and as soon as I go back to 0% I have nothing left.
I do the same process by adding the strobe it works perfectly.
The dimmer must open the optics of my moving head.

Dimmer is not the only command that determines the light output of a fixture. Strobe channel is very important too. In the event that documentation was wrong in the DMX details of the strobe channel, it will possibly affect the light output. Is it possible to confirm that these ranges are correct?
