(Bug Report) Track de-sync issue with latest DDJ-1000 firmware and Rekordbox

Hey all, something weird is happening with my Rekordbox and I want to know if it's just my computer, the specific track I'm using, or what.

First, I use Windows 10, a DDJ-1000 on firmware 1.12, Rekordbox v6.5.1.

Steps:
  1. Have a 126 BPM song and a 120 BPM song. Let Rekordbox analyze it with normal analysis.
  2. Make sure both decks have the pitch faders in the notched center.
  3. Turn BPM sync for both decks on.
  4. Load the 126 BPM song to left deck. This deck should be the master deck.
  5. Load the 120 BPM song to the right deck.
  6. Play both tracks, use jogwheels to line up the beatgrids if necessary (you shouldn't have to if you have quantize on).
  7. Tracks should be aligned due to BPM sync, with the 120 BPM track playing at 126 BPM.
  8. Switch the master deck to the 120 BPM track (either press shift + beat sync, or you can use the faders - fader all the way down on the master deck will automatically transfer master to the other deck)
  9. Switch the master deck back to the 126 BPM track
  10. The tracks should now be desynced. In my video you will see the 120 BPM track getting ahead.
  11. Once Rekordbox gets into this bad state, it's possible to get this issue with all sorts of tracks. You can literally play the same track on both decks and it doesn't even sync with itself.
  12. Moving the pitch slider on the master deck will fix the issue, but you can break it again if you repeat from step 1.

This only happens when I use a 126 and 120 BPM track AFAIK. It is oddly specific. Encountered this issue because I started a set with a 126, 120, 126, 124 track in that order, and every time I practiced this set the 4th track would encounter the issue. Master deck bounced from the 126 track to the 120 track to the next 126 track which activated the bug, so that when the 124 track is loaded and played it has a desync issue. BPM sync was at 126 the entire time. Before I realized I could fix it by just nudging the master deck pitch slider, I manually beatmatched which required the 124 track to be played at 125.5 BPM rather than at 126 BPM due to the desync bug.

Video below. Desync starts at 35 secs in, when master deck is bounced back to the 126 BPM track.  The issue is very obvious, the tracks are fine for a good 30 seconds then once the bug kicks in you can see the effect immediately.

Edit: Just want to add that one of my friends was also able to reproduce this issue following the steps above on his setup.  Appreciated if more people could try, if it's 100% reproduce rate hopefully we can see this fixed soon.  It's bizarre it is not reproduceable with other BPMs.
