DJM-V10 x Big Sur 11.4 x Rekordbox 6.5.1 Issues

I have yet to be able to properly setup drivers since upgrading to Big Sur. Yes, I followed the instructions including the uninstall / install / restart, etc multiple times. When I follow the instructions and go to "System Information" and "Disabled Software" I still see the file "DJM-V10 Version 3.0.1" listed. When I go to install the file, it takes me through the setup and says that the installation was completed successfully. However, when I restart my computer and try using Rekordbox it doesn't appear on the list of Audio Drivers and when I go back to the "Disabled Software" screen it remains listed no matter how many times I uninstall / reinstall it.
