I need to work out how to play a jingle during my show from the keyboard instead of loading it to a deck in RB ..
I just want to be able to press a key and it play over the top of a track playing.

Your best bet is the sampler. You can use one of the pads of your hardware controller (if applicable), or use a keyboard shortcut to trigger them. Please let us know if you need any more info.
