Rekordbox Says File Not Supported

I'm having trouble with importing some new tracks to rekorbox. it keeps saying file is not supported. The files i buy are AIFF and MP3. My library consists of 900+ songs already composed of files just like the ones i'm trying to import. everything was working fine until yesterday. how can i fix this???
