RB-DMX1 läuft nicht

Hallo

Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Meine Lichteffekte werden nicht angesteuert.

- Die USB Anschlüsse sind sowohl am DDJ-1000 als auch am RB-DMX angeschlossen. Auf dem Computer läuft Win 10 und die Treiber sind sowohl vom Computer als auch von Rekordbox sind aktuell.

- Die Kontrollleuchte vom RB-DMX1 leuchtet

- Die Tracks sind analysiert

- Der DMX Kanal (1) wurde sowohl beim Lichteffekt (ADJ Quad Gem) als auch im Programm zugeordnet

- Ich habe auch schon verschiedene Effekte ausprobiert ( Bar Light 1, Effekt 1, Par Light 1)

alles ohne Erfolg. Im Forum und in den Anleitungen sowie Tutorials bin ich ebenfalls nicht fündig geworden.

Vielleicht kann mir ja jemand helfen

- The tracks have been analyzed

- The DMX channel (1) was assigned both in the light effect (ADJ Quad Gem) and in the program

all to no avail. In the forum and in the instructions and tutorials I did not find anything either.

Maybe someone can help me
