Rekordbox 5 con Mac

Ciao Ragazzi,

dopo 5 minuti dall'apertura di Rekordbox il mio Mac inizia a surriscaldarsi e sembra di volare diventando bollente.

Ho un Macbook Pro late 2013 , qualcuno ha riscontrato lo stesso problema e magari trovato la soluzione?

Hey Luca,

Sorry to hear about that -- it could be that you have some of the extra rekordbox functions enabled (such as Lighting, Lryic, Video, DVS); please try un-checking those in the preferences if you don't use them.

You should also open the Activity Monitor to see what other applications or tasks are running and using CPU / Memory, or showing on the Energy use page. There may be other software taking resources away from rekordbox and with a 7 year old computer, it may be a bit more demanding.

Ciao, il mio macbook Pro è del 2013 ma con ottimo processore: 2,4 GHz Intel Core i5 dual-core e RAM: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3. Direi che il problema è propio di Rekordbox dato che con Serato, Traktor e Virtual Dj non ho nessun problema.Direi che, visto quanto eprsone in giro su internet lamentano los tesso problema, dovete migliorare il software e renderlo meno pesante.

PS: Lighting, Lryic, Video, DVS sono tutte disabilitate.

It may be that your computer works fine with those other applications, but rekordbox isn't those applications. What OS are you using?
