PD FX issue

I'm having issues with pad FX not syncing with the music. I use a ddj1000 and an xp1. The issue remains with each controller used independently, or both at the same time. This is mostly apparent when using the trans effect. The slide trans effect on the xp1 is fine. I have not changed any settings. I am using the latest version of RB, with an i7/12gb ram. Not had issues until a couple of updates ago.
