Not much help here, it might work after a longer time letting it dry out or not. Paying to have it fixed or looked at will probably cost more than a used one would, so maybe it's replacement time?
If you want to have it looked at, contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
