Hi there, hoping you can help me with this issue I'm having.
I have a SR2, using Serato. Everything functions well when I start a session but sometimes one channel will stop playing out through the master. Some days channel 1, others channel 2. Still receiving signal fine in headphones and looks to be running fine in Serato. If I switch the channel to line and play an external source it works fine. If I turn the SR2 off and on then it also works fine again (and serato mix plays out the laptop audio in the interim) but this is obviously no good mid-set.
I wonder if its a power issue? Is it not getting enough juice to power the master? Maybe I'll try to plug it into a separate lead tonight, rather than the multibox that is also powering PA & laptop etc.
Or any other ideas?

It could be a power issue - the SR2 can run on USB bus-power only, but if you make sure that the DC power is working as well, that would bypass any USB power issue.
If the problem continues, it could be an issue with the hardware; please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
