just signal noise is coming out of the speakers! please help!

Rekordbox performance just signal noise coming out
Hi i own a audio interface2 purchased in 2018, 2 Pioneer PLX-1000 and a mixer mastersound radius 2.
i plug the turntables to the input of the interface2 and the outputs of interface2 to line inputs of the mixer, but i have no sound coming, audio interface is set to phono, i dont know whats going on....
can anybody please help me?

Are you trying to setup DVS mode? What mixer are you using? In DVS mode, switch the input selector to Digital. In Performance mode, the sound comes thru the mixer sound card. Check the Audio setup in Preferences.

Joel, i have a mastersounds radius 2, my mixer doesnt have a soundcard, so i use interface2 which is from pioneer dj to get to my computer... but i got no luck
