NO SIGNAL: Help recording into Ableton using S9 on Serato

I've tried every imaginable (input/output) variation of audio driver and device in Windows 10 preferences, Ableton 10 preferences, and Serato DJ. I also tried recording into Audacity and that doesn't work either. This can't be that difficult.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
