XDJ-RX2 won't turn on after firmware downgrade

Hi,

I updated my XDJ-RX2 firmware from 1.34 to 1.38. I noticed that it would crash randomly when using, causing the entire system to reboot. So I put firmware version 1.34 back on a USB and went through the firmware update process.

I noticed that the progress bars did not move and it said the "Update was already complete" and to reboot the system.

I turned it off and now it won't turn on. Pressing the power button does nothing, no lights come on.

What can I do to fix this?

Have you tried to turn it on while holding the USB Stop and reloop buttons down?

Nothing happens when I do that.

Your best bet will be to contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
