Rekordbox iOS problems - waveform not displaying

Hi there

I just bought an iphone to use with rekordbox iOS. I've downloaded the collection from the cloud okay, but when I go into a track, there is no preview. The track is analysed on rekordbox (on my laptop) and I have also tried analysing using the iOS app, but nothing.

Another problem, there are a lot of tracks missing from some playlists. One playlist has 77 tracks on the laptop but on iOS app it only has 12? All the tracks are in the iOS collection so I'm not sure what's happening.
