Sync XDJ-XZ with loop station?

I can record when i use the master or booth out, but the unbalanced send port sends no sound to the loop station.

its a boss RC505.

can i sync them through Rekordbox, or in stand alone mode? using a cable or 3rd party device? i just want the midi clock to sync.
