Multiple rekord box issues

Hey!

After 2 days of use my DDJ200 and rekordbox it has stopped working.

When I push play on the right deck rekordbox seems to be working normally but there is no audio output whereas it is completely normal on the left deck. On top of this the crossfader, both volume sliders, and all knobs in the middle panel don't work.

The left turntable works normally and the right one seems to work on the software but once again has no audio output.

On top of this, I haven't been able to connect headphones to the setup as when I press headphone master and cue the relevant deck the audio will play from the other side of my laptop very quietly and not through the headphones.

I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling rekordbox to no avail. When the Dj controller is not plugged in all the same issues persist.

Ive also deleted this folder like i saw was suggested on another forum C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
