DDJ SB3 Failed to connect... try again

I have been having a issue with connecting my ddj sb3 to my PC (Hp Pavilion intel core i5). For some reason its lighting up and my software is reading that its sb3 but the connection continues to fail. Please help

We've identified an issue where 11th-gen Intel CPUs have a conflict with the computer manufacturer's audio drivers, causing the DDJ to either not be detected for fail to operate properly.
