XDJ-RX2 beat delay when beatmatching
Hi everyone !
Can someone tell whether it is normal that very often when mixing 2 tracks, after analyzing them in rekordbox, putting them at the same BPM... every 10-15 seconds (sometimes 15-20 seconds) the beat is drifting away so I have to adjust one of the 2 tracks beat using the jog wheel so that track are aligned again. And then I have to repeat it again...
If there is no 100% solution, is there at least something particularly i should do in order to reduce this drift ?

I am mixing on the RX2 itself (and by the way I’m using aiff quality files in most of cases) ...

Can you confirm that the songs you analysed were in the correct mode (normal for electronic percussion with a consistent tempo / dynamic for live drummers or songs with varying tempo), and that the beat-grids are aligned to the beat of the song.
