Official comment
If you're using Serato DJ Pro, open the /Music/_SERATO_ folder and delete the MIDI folder within. Next time you launch the application it will restore all the MIDI defaults.

DDJ-SB3 Crossfader and Channel fader stop working?
I missed with my settings in MIDI and click on assign to Primary MIDI and my Channel fader started working. I'm looking to see if I can find a tab in the software for the Crossfader to see if I can duplicate the fix for the Crossfader.
