So what I'm finding out its a driver conflict with the your sound card for the laptop and the controller I'm still looking for a solution not finding much with a definite answer but I'm getting close hopefully some from here will know what to do if I find out I'll be sure to post it thanks in advance for any help
I even tried to disable the sound card, unfortunately it did not bring any result
from what I'm gathering we need to update the driver for the laptop sound card but not sure how to exactly do it just yet ..is it from Microsoft or laptop manufacture seems like its a new problem so not much info out there
Yes, I saw this Searto message. In theory, Windows downloads the latest drivers itself, there are no newer drivers for the audio card on the Acer website. It's about the Realtek card.
