Hey there, I have a DJM 250MK2 and 2x XDJ700 and would like to use this setup as a controller for performance mode in rekordbox (free license).
Tried for hours and can't get this running, any tips?
I found out, that the DJM250MK2 has the Hardware Unlock for RB6 and so i hoped, that when both are connected, I could use the XDJ700 as Controllers (as mentioned by officials in this forum). The XDJ700 alone would require an extra purchase on RB to use performance mode.
I installed the drivers for DJM and XDJ, both are connected to the PC with a USB cable, I start the Hardware, start RB, choose the XDJ audio device and then go to LINK on the XDJ and nothing happens :/

That's correct -- the DJM-250MK2 acts as the unlock so the XDJs will function as controllers. You shouldn't be on the EXPORT mode for that, please switch to PERFORMANCE mode at the top left.

thank you very much, it's working now :) I already was in performance mode, but this did the trick: selected in rekordbox the djm250mk2 audio device and the input on each channel on the mixer to usb
