If you're on Mac Big Sur, Serato has not yet updated their software and this is a known issue. Please watch their website for an update to be compatible with macOS 11.2.

I know this is an old controller no one has anymore but I am currently experiencing a problem with them. When plugging it in the cue buttons are they only two flashing and the rest of the controller doesn't work. I cant scroll through the menu press play or anything like that. The only thing that does work is changing it from hot cue to auto loop etc. Which is useless. This has happened before however a simple plug it out then back in seemed to do the job. Has anyone ever had the same problem and know a solution? cheers.

Sorry I should have said. I am using a standard tower top computer with windows 10 and intel core I5. I also use rekordbox not serato. The controller has been fine for also a year now but today I can't get it to go back to normal.

Are you on an 11th gen Intel CPU?

I am really not sure all I can tell you is its intel core 5. I have had the computer years so I imagine if the 11th Gen is new then that would be a no.
