I would contact Decksaver about that ... we don't make that part, and our mixer has a defined size.
So I gotta decksaver for djm s11. Only problem is it doesn't fit. The length of the mixer is too long from top to bottom for the decksaver to encapsulate it and lay flat on the surface of the mixer like it is made to do. Decksaver is saying the pioneer unit has larger tolerances than normal??? Is that a thing, or are they just trying to pass the blame onto pioneer manufacturing inconsistencies? I tried to nudge the lower faceplate cover up a bit, but it's still way too tight to use the decksaver how it was made. Anybody else run into this???

After I sent them pictures of the problem, is when they replied back about the mixer having larger tolerances than normal.
That seems like a bit of a poor explanation for the fit of their product.
Yes, definitely. Unfortunately it appears they don't have much competition. Like how hard is it to manufacture a plastic mold that goes on top of sound equipment to protect it?
Hi,
I have a decksaver for my DJM S11-SE and it fits perfectly.
Greetz, Lide
My decksaver also fist properly.
Perhaps a faulty batch.
Dit you order directly from them? I got mine through a reseller, so it's easy to return it if there is an issue.
