Ricardo,
There is no factory reset as that only clears the preferences (such as time mode, auto cue, master tempo, etc).
You can certainly try re-flashing the firmware.
Hi. My XDJ-RX is having some weird behavior (Hot Cue B stopped working in both decks and only them. A, C and D are working well). I tried updateing firmware but I think I already have the latest version, so the update screen shows me Its done and that I can reboot the device but it didnt update. Is that possible to replace the firmware or to reset factory?

I'm trying to re-frash it... But its not running. I put the pendrive with last UPD file (2.21), turn it on pressing [USB1 STOP] + [RELOOP/EXIT]. I required me to insert the pendrive. I inserted and it goes to update page. But before update starts, it shows me it finished in the screen (the percent bars in the background are empty. Nothing was done).
So, re-flashing is not happening. What can I do?
Sorry -- the next thing would be to contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your RX inspected and/or repaired.
There is no one in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil... :-(

Its 550Kms from my house...
I understand that may be the case, but if you call them first, they can direct you on what other options are available if service is required. Thank you.
