The "Jog Dial Display" under the right jog wheel of my XDJ RX2 system is loose. Whenever I turn the jog wheel it moves out of place (spin it or even lightly move it). This is a brand new system and only affects the right Jog Wheel. Can Pioneer fix this for me? Otherwise the unit basically works fine aside from the low EQ knob being slightly off center when in the standard position. Not sure why my unit came slightly defective from Amazon. Seems a bit weird that they shipped it to me in just the Pioneer box and not another box around it to protect it more but I digress.

Sorry to hear that - if it's brand new and within the return period, I'd contact Amazon for a return / exchange. Otherwise please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your RX2 inspected and/or repaired.
