I purchased a DDJ-XP1 through a 3rd party and the KEY to activate Rekordbox is "INVALID"

Official comment

That "key" is not a license key for software, it's an internal reference key.

To activate rekordbox 6, simply connect the XP1 via USB and the software will unlock the appropriate functions.
