DJ Interface 2 Not Working

Hi all,

Could anyone please help me before I throw my laptop out of the window?

I have just taken delivery of the Interface 2 and I cannot get it to work at all. I've downloaded Rekordbox 6.5.1 and have installed it with the relevant drivers, but the soundcard is not being recognised by Rekordbox. I've checked the wiring and all is well. There is nothing showing whatsoever in the calibration boxes either. Multiple uninstalls/installs, still no further forward.

I am running a MacBook Pro with Big Sur 11.2.2 with a DJM 700. Not sure whether that makes any difference?

Any ideas where I am going wrong?

Please toss the laptop out the window under which I'll be standing! ;)

When you installed the drivers, did you follow the instructions to allow it through security?

Hi, yes I did. I tried it a few times but to no avail.

Can you send me the link to the Big Sur drivers please, and I'll try again?

Should I uninstall Rekordbox and then reinstall too?

Thanks very much. I've downloaded the drivers followed all of the instructions but still no success.

I've attached a few screenshots after following the instructions but I can't seem to work out the issue. If you have any ideas it would be much appreciated.

There is also no box to enter the licence etc, although I'm not sure it's required any more.
