relocate files in rekordbox 5 - when I relocate the file it opens in itunes instead of on rekordbox

I recently moved my itunes library to a new PC. 

When I click on display missing files, files are in multiple locations on my computer. I try to hit relocate and I can find one track - but instead of relocating it - it just opens up in itunes! Very frustrating. What steps should I take?
