someone please help son's birthday tomorrow and bought a dj-200

hi all.   seems pioneer has zero phone support. Disappointed as I've always bought but never needed. I bought my son a ddi-200 for his 11th birthday.   He has an iPad 6th gen and it is saying unsupported.  Software is up to date.  I want to set it up for his birthday monday. Someone please help

please do Not tell me to reset network settings because that's literally ridiculous and makes zero sense

Realized your $5 iPad app is garbage.   Iphone app works fine.  Also support is awful.   Every time i sign in it doesn't take my account log in.   WTF Pioneer? please fix.   Great product (will see on the 200) but awful support.

As for the app, please ensure that your iPad has iOS 14.3 or newer; there was a problem with 14.0 through 14.3 which caused Bluetooth devices not to connect properly.

You'll need the WeDJ for iPhone app (not the WeDJ iPad app which is outdated), and connect the DDJ-200 through the app itself, not through the iPad Settings > Bluetooth page.
