Intel 11 - DDJ RR - Can´t control rekordbox

My DDJ-RR does not work with Rekordbox 6.5.1 that's on my Lenovo Yoga 7 14ITL5 with 11th Gen i5-1135G7 processor.

The laptop is running Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041.867, and it has 12GB RAM.  I tried two different USB cords, and used all available USB ports. I updated the firmware to version 1.01, the driver installed of the DDJ-RR is the 1.300.

The audio driver of the notebook is: Realtek(R) Audio version 6.0.9025.1.

The DDJ-RR doesn´t appear in the Device Manager under Sound, Video and Game Controllers.

When I plug my controller and launch Rekordbox, the audio comes out from the speakers that are plugged on my controller, but I can´t control Rekordbox by using the controller´s buttons.

Please help me fix this issue. I´ve investigated on Lenovo´s forums and there is nothing helpful there.

Guido,

Our engineers are aware of an issue between 11th gen Intel CPUs and the onboard audio devices, causing 3rd party audio and MIDI devices to not function as expected.

Please check your Lenovo product page for audio driver or BIOS updates to resolve this issue. If none are available, please contact the Lenovo support team for further assistance as this is a known issue across all PC manufacturers.
