Rekordbox CPU Usage Bug in Waveform Drawing Speed Settings

CPU usage in rekordbox saturates a processor core when waveform draw speed is set to slow. When you set to Medium or High, the CPU usage decrease to normal values.

This setting does the opposite thing of what it should do.
