Performance Mode XDJ-RX2 browse, waveform delayed after couple tracks played
Hi guys,
My issue appeared when I started using Performance Mode with my XDJ-RX2.
OS: Big Sur 11.0.1
Rekordbox version: 6.5.1 rev 20977-18531-18508 (same behavior with 6.5.0)
XDJ-RX2 Firmware: 1.38
Issue: When I play couple of tracks from my playlist (more than 15, maybe 20), loading of the main waveform takes about 60 seconds and more. Also, browse function stops refreshing on XDJ display, I can only see rotary/push encoder results in Rekordbox. After few more track main and also deck (smaller) waveform will dismiss. I observed also audio glitches - occasional disturbed sound, if I'm playing despite XDJ display is not showing waveforms.
The only workaround I found for now is to stop Rekordbox and reboot XDJ and Macbook, which is not so good workaround. I'm not running any other application during Rekordbox operations.
When these issues occurred, I can switch XDJ to USB mode and everything is working well again. But MIDI mode is still dead.
My apologies, if this issue is rather XDJ not Rekordbox issue.
Any help or pointing to the root of the issue will be appreciated. As I'm lucky owner/user of Pioneer products :-) Btw, I didn't see such issues with my old DDJ-400.

I tried upgrading to Big Sur 11.2.3 and I 'm doing tests. Till now it seems the issue is solved. I will see during the longer set. Anyway I appreciate your support and idea !

it works without any issues with higher version of Big Sur. It's my fault I postponed upgrade of MacOS. Anyway, it seems, loading of waveforms on display on XDJ-RX2 works now much faster than before. Also browsing function works as awaited. Big thanks again, so I can enjoy your sw and hw again :-)

Glad to hear that's working! Apple had an issue with HID and audio functions prior to 11.2, which is why we were delayed with our Big Sur support.

Maybe I should read bit more release notes in Rekordbox. I expected it is something with MacOS as the reboot always did help for couple of tracks. My apologies to bother you with such basic issue. I appreciate your support !
