XDJ-RX2 mapping RB-DMX1

Hello. I have XDJ-RX2 consoles and recently I have purchased a RB-DMX1 light driver. Is it possible to mapping the pad buttons so that it can, for example, change the color of lights, turn on the strobe, etc., do I have to buy a separate control device?

Hi Kamil,

The lighting output requires the use of rekordbox, so you can't use them in stand-alone mode. But with that, you are able to MIDI-map some of the pads on the RX2 to control lighting functions. Personally, I never use the Sampler, so I typically re-map those controls. You'll need to remove the mappings for whichever function you want to change, then add the new ones.
