Mapping Touch FX to MIDI

Hello, I'm having trouble discerning how to map video effects to my XDJ-XZ or perhaps one of my other MIDI controllers (in this a case a Novation Launch Control XL).

Seeing that I don't use channels 3 and 4 when I'm mixing video, I figured I could use two faders to control the X and Y parameters of the Touch FX in order to layer video effects on top of the Master Video. 

I'm looking through the tabs of the MIDI Setting and can't find anything related to "Touch FX". Is perhaps addressed as something different or is this not implemented?
