Cannot control rekordbox from controller.
I have Windows 10. I 've updated firmware and driver. Checked connections, restarted computar, no solution.

Is rekordbox in PERFORMANCE mode?
Do you see the DDJ-800 listed under the Control Device Information on the Audio page of the preferences?
