I am having an issue with my tempo slider that I cant seem to find any fixes for online. My issue is that the right deck tempo slider will increase the bpm fine, but will not budge the bpm in the opposite direction. The left deck works fine. The right will only let me increase fine but again, when i slide it up (decreasing the BPM) It does not budge at all. I havent tried much other than restarting it but that does not work. Maybe firmware update? Or does this sound like a hardware problem? Just seems weird it works one way perfectly.
Is that when operating as stand-alone or as a controller, and does the behavior change between those modes? If not, it sounds like a hardware problem, in which case, please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
