DDJ-RB doesnt work with rekordbox 6.6.4

MY ddj-rb (bought from 2nd hand) doenst work in rekordbox, the software tells me that i need to sign a plan for it. This controller should work in the free plan, doenst? Its a hardware unlock device. Please help. Windows 11 pro, all installed and up to date

It could be as simple as Windows having assigned the DDJ as its default audio device. In such cases, rekordbox wouldn't be able to gain exclusive access to the controller, and as such, wouldn't recognize it as an unlock device. Check your Windows control panel > sound devices to set your output to your computer's default audio device.
