WAV files tags charset for Russian on Win10

Hi, guys.

I usually play my own stuff on a pair of XDJ-700. Tracks are WAVs (16/44), exported to a playlist on a USB-stick. Problem is when i browse my playlist on XDJ's, i see weird characters, but not Cyrillic. My source files are my own production, and they never sync with iTunes or something else. Just a playlist with own-rpoduced tracks as WAV files.

I prepare tags in Foobar2000 using %artist% - %title% scheme, which work fine on Cyrillic-named MP3 in the same playlist. But WAV's won't show correct. Question is - what character set does Rekordbox use for Cyrillic? Or is it a WAV-specific issue?
