Pioneer DJ does not guarantee 100% compatibility with any USB drive. Functionality of one drive does not guarantee functionality of another identical make / model drive. Manufacturers are known to change the memory controller chip per availability or cost, and as a result, there is always a chance that a drive may not be compatible with the player host chipset. Recommendations or the results of another user may not be the same for you and your drive.

SeguirI HAVE TWO 128GBs 3.2 USBs (Samsung BAR Plus and Sandisk Extreme) ProAND NEITHER WORK ON CDJS
Hi,
I have recently purchased two USB drives specifically for DJ use.
A SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO USB 3.2 Solid State Flash Drive and a Samsung BAR Plus 128GB - 400MB/s USB 3.1 Flash Drive.
I'm a windows user, and have formatted both to FAT32.
They are recognized in Rekordbox as devices, and I have no problem loading playlists onto them.
But CDJs (I tried 2000nxs2 and 900nxs) DO NOT recognize them. It just shows "NO USB" when I plug them.
Is there anything I haven't done yet I should try? Or is it a lost cause?
Please help!
