Rekordbox Cloud Library Sync: Trial Playlist on free Plan

Hi,

just checking if on the Free Plan, I can test the Cloud Library Sync Trial Playlist between 2 desktop PCs.

I have enabled cloud library sync on PC 1 and PC 2 with same Dropbox account, Rekordbox is syncing correctly with the same user on both PCs too, but the tracks are not being shown on PC 2.

I have installed Rekordbox on the phone and the Trial Playlist is there, with all the test tracks as expected.

This trial can be done between PCs or only between main PC and a mobile device?
Something to check (IP, ports, connection, etc) before reinstalling Rekordbox on PC 2?

Thank you.

Is it that the songs aren't showing in the library, or that the songs themselves can't be loaded?

Hi, you can't see any tracks you've added on the other devices. The playlist is empty although the Rekordbox agent is saying "Library is up to date".
BUT, I could find the problem.

The PC 2 it's behind a proxy/firewall which I can't remove. After connected with a temporal "direct" connection, I could see all the expected tracks on the sync'd playlist. Once I got back to my normal connection, the sync stopped (but Rekordbox is still saying it's up to date. Confusing).

Please, could you tell me the IPs and ports that I must reach to get Cloud Sync to work correctly?. With that info I can work to achieve the necessary access.

I was searching if there is any option on Rekordbox to set the proxy info or to set the system proxy to be used, but I couldn't find anything related with connection config

Please, let me know if this is posible or not.
I'm waiting for an answer to finish all the test (Rekordbox, devices, Dropbox) and then buy a Creative / Professional Plan.
Thank you for your help.
