SB2 left side tempo slider not working

Just had this problem come up tonight. I'm using Serato DJ Intro. Sync is off.

The left side slider is not changing the pitch and the pitch sometimes also changes itself without my input. The right side slider is working normal, fully functional. I tried a fresh install of Serato DJ Intro, nothing changed, I'm on a 2015 MacBook Pro.

Is this a hardware issue or am I missing something?
