Toraiz SP 16 multiple effects and....where's the echo effect?

I'd like to be able to assign more than one effect per sample/sound.  I had a very low sample and I wanted to use the limiter and also the delay and currently there's no way to chain effects.  

Also where's the echo effect?  Would ike to have the same effects available that the RMX 500/1000 and DJM 900 nxs2 mixer has.
