DDJ-RB : No audio

Hey, I recently bought the new DDJ-RB but I'm not getting any audio out of my speakers and headphones. Despite checking the preferences and setting the input to DDJ RB ASIO and output to MASTER AND PHONES the audio is still not coming out of anything. Please help..!!

Sir, I've tried the following instructions but still there is no audio. After connecting the DDJ RB to rekordbox the knob which is given beside the PC out doesn't lights up like shown in the picture.

Turn the [TRIM] knob on your DDJ-RB.
