Mapping midi commands and other requests

Why dont you just make every command mappable for midi? Every command is already assignable by keyboard.

If you by some reason can't, could you please make it possible to assign fx to sampler by midi?

Another thing, can you please make an option to start in fullscreen mode?

And last, could you please give us the possibility to map multiple commands to the same button?
