Those are not compatible DVS input devices and can't be used to transmit the signal into rekordbox; please see this list of compatible DVS hardware.
Just purchased Rekordbox DJ license and A Rekordbox DVS licence. Installed the latest version of Rekordbox on a Quad Core i7 3.4Ghz with 16GB RAM.
Loaded my music library successfully and plays fine through PC and speakers. So now I connect 2 Reloop RP 8000 turntables via usb to the PC. Both show connected fine in windows 10 and also show as connected in Rekordbox under settings in the Control device information.
I successfully activated DVS license and click on the DVS tab and click enable DVS. I load up the Control vinyl on the turntables and drop the needle and hit start and other than the obvious lights and turntables spinning there is nothing whatsoever happening in rekordbox under any of the 4 decks. All I see is a bunch of zeros top left of each square deck grid with the last digits occasionally moving up to 1 to 7.
What am I done my wrong?
Please help.

@Ben > If your channel input is set to PHONO, do you hear the tone? If so, try adjusting the SIZE slider on DECK 2's DVS calibration.
Bingo! Just gotta work the pain points. ;)
I was under the impression all turntables worked with rekordbox DVS ...
So I’ve just spent all this money on licenses for nothing :(
I’ve seen others talk about they have there to 8000’s hooked up to rekordbox and others talk about custom mapping for the cue point controls to be used with rekordbox.
Are you sure they don’t work with rekordbox as this is first I’ve heard and if true I’m absolutely gutted.
Yes, the 8000's CAN be used with rekordbox, but not to input the timecode signal directly; a compatible DVS device must be used.
I have a Allen & Heath DB4. It shows in rekordbox Asia usb drivers and I’ve also got a Pioneer DDJ RZ.
Can I use them if not then what is DVS device
The DDJ-RZ is a compatible DVS device. Why didn't you say that in the first post!?
Connect the RP-8000's phono outputs to the phono inputs on the RZ, then configure it for DVS use from there.
Because I thought I could just connect the usb to the pc with rekordbox. I didn’t realise I had to connect the phono too.
Will that also work with the Xone DB4 ?
No, the DB4 is not an approved DVS input device.
What about 2 Pioneer XDJ 1000’s will those work with the turntables and rekordbox pc
Yep!
Mk 1 ok or mk2
Yes.
And if I go with the XDJ 1000 with the turntables will I be able to use the Xone db4 Ok then?
Sorry for all the questions and thanks for the help
The DB4 still wouldn't be usable as DVS input device, regardless of what devices you connect with rekordbox.
Is that why I cannot get the cross fader to work on the Xone db4 on rekordbox even though the audio is channeling through ok and being picked up in rekordbox.
It would certainly explain a lot.
I just assumed I could use any digital club mixer with rekordbox :(
Probably as a result of your configuration. Some non-Pioneer DJ products can be used as audio-output devices, but not DVS.
I have a pair of audio texchnica AT-lp120s and they will not control the software at all, I have the control vinyl, and dvs software, I'm using a djm 850
Do you guys know what the problem is,
Cheers
@jett > Have you followed the setup guide for DVS to configure the software and your hardware?
Yes I have, is there a tech support line I can get into contact with to help sort out this issue?
I'm having the same problem as Jett, i've got a audio-technica lp120 and followed all the setup guides, i've got a djm750mk2 mixer and theres no circles just a bunch of zeros.
@Ben > The important things to check are that your inputs are set to PC / USB on the mixer, the DJM-750MK2 Setting Utility has the mixer outputs set to CONTROL TONE PHONO for each of the channels in use, and that the rekordbox audio configuration matches those selections.
Thanks, I've adjusted my settings to as you've just said but its just fluctuating between 0.000043 & 0.000072 but still not getting a circle and when pressing calibration it comes up with error? These are the settings i've got and my mixer channel is on USB and my turntable is on phono, any help is appreciated
YES, finally worked, just needed to adjust the slider, thankyou!
