Does the DDJ-200 appear under the Preferences > Audio > Control Device Information? If not, then you may need to check the USB cable / hub you're using.

Plan/hardware issue
Hello,
the message you can see on the screenshot pop up when I start recordbox, it tell me that I can not control the connected equipment with this plan but I am using a DDJ-200 which is a Hardware Unlock device. Do you know what the problem can be?
