yes, there are a few posts about this already along with pioneer warning users not to upgrade to Ventura till it was tested so best bet is to use HFS+ on the flash drives or downgrade back to the older OS
I have recently updated to macos ventura and have been facing problem in exporting playlist to pendrive. Pendrive is in FAT32 format but I dont see export playlist option, nor its detecting the pendrive in device menu
I have given Privacy rights already to rekordbox for accessing removable drives. Can anyone please provide solution to this.

SO guys! i've got some, hmm. good news.
im running ventura.
I formated my SD card in MACOS JOURNALED from disk utilities.
rekordbox can now see it.
PIONEER CDJ 2000 NXS2 WILL NOT READ IT and will ask you to format sd card.
PIONEER CDJ 3000 WILL READ IT NORMALLY AND YOU CAN PLAY YOUR SET!
