SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD 1TB
Which generation product? Can you provide a model number from the back of the drive?
SDSSDE60-1T00
Simon,
It looks like that's the USB3.1 version of the drive, we are aware of some USB3.1 drives having communication issues with some products. Please try using a 3.0 or 3.2 gen device and see if this persists.
Pioneer DJ does not guarantee 100% compatibility with any USB drive. Functionality of one drive does not guarantee functionality of another identical make / model drive. Manufacturers are known to change the memory controller chip per availability or cost, and as a result, there is always a chance that a drive may not be compatible with the player host chipset. Recommendations or the results of another user may not be the same for you and your drive.
Thanks for your understanding.
Ill just use my USBSs, Ive had no problem with them YET. but they are SanDisk Extreme Pro 128gb, which are 3.1 as well. Its just mad that the ssd works without any problems on all other devices. Not much i can do about it tho
Thanks for the response !
